Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is carefully curated and/or uniquely handmade, all items are final sale. Measurements, quality, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being represented fully. If there are any questions on any of our items, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our contact form. Although we do not accept returns and refunds, we do want you to be satisfied with your order. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping fees. 

 

Please keep in mind that items may have their own quirks and imperfections due to handmade craftsmanship and age. We believe the quality of our pieces are not impacted by these aesthetic differences, but rather adds to the charm of each piece.​

Shipping

We currently only ship orders domestically through USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Once the item has left our studio, it is in the hands of USPS and all following action will need to be taken with USPS. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again.
